Japan Bangladesh Friendship Hospital is presently one amongst Dhaka’s main hospital, situated at the center of Dhanmondi #55 Satmosjid Road, Jigatola, Dhaka.
Thishospital was initially founded by young doctors from Bangladesh, pioneerlaparoscopic surgeons, Dr. Sarder A The pain specialist of Nayeem and Pioneer,Dr. Jonaid Shafiq in Gulshan, who wanted to establish this hospital inassociation with his Japanese medical friends. The Friendship Hospital ofJapan, Bangladesh, opened its doors for the first time in 1993. Since then, theFriendship Hospital of Japan and Bangladesh never had to return. He alwaysmoved towards the path of success and progress.
The Friendship Hospital of Japan and Bangladesh regularly organizes events that provide free health care services and actively initiate health promotion campaigns. In the past, this hospital always worked hard to observe National Immunization Day, providing free health care services to farmers, observing Diabetes Day and regularly providing medical information through his program. “Shuprovat Dhakabashi” (Good morning, inhabitants of Dhaka). Shuprovat Dhakabashi is a campaign during which the experienced doctors of the Friendship Hospital of Japan and Bangladesh conduct free medical examinations to the general public on the street for one hour from dawn every day.
