A nation’s utilization and the creation of consciousness efforts are globally recognized as the leading forces for economic improvement and competitiveness. Public and private investments in institutions of higher education and experiment require strengthening in tandem with the improvement of a regulatory environment that helps to increase national and institutional prosperity.
In finding of these issues, the Government of Bangladesh’s first Higher Education Strategic Plan (2006-2026) and mentioned a long-term progress plan for the higher education sector, recommending that the purpose will need to be known for both universities and the Bangladesh National University-affiliated colleges where the majority of post-secondary graduates are included.

This study introduces some challenges faced by a leading part of the higher education branch in Bangladesh even the colleges. The motives of the analysis are a) reconsideration and explore the college education system of Bangladesh and b) define policy options which will guide the government as it ready for a long-term strategy to develop the quality and relevance of higher education. This analysis is parted into the four key areas ripe for Emendation: a) access and equity, b) quality and relevance, c) financing, and d) governance.
History of National University
National University, Bangladesh is a procreator university of Bangladesh that was introduced by an Act of Parliament as an affiliating University of the nation to provide graduate and post-graduate level education to the students through its affiliated colleges and professional institutions to the whole country. An analysis says that it is the fifth largest university in the world. And the headquarter of National University is in Gazipur, in the neighborhood of Dhaka.
