In the modern age, every person has a mobile phone mostly smartphone. And you know most of the mobile phone has a radio channel based on local community. Bangladesh is not out of this, Radio is a great form of media in Bangladesh as it is easily accessible and particularly to those in smaller communities. Many radio stations from Bangladesh are broadcast online. With the blooming of the World Wide Web and advances in telecommunications, music, news, sports and conversation are only a few clicks away.
Radio is also a powerful tool in reaching individuals who are illiterate. Bangladesh’s national radio network is Bangladesh Betar or Radio. Such radio transmissions are used to provide information to such communities. Community Radio also encourages cultural and variety of programs. Without Bangladesh Betar, Bangladesh has many privately owned radio station because of its demand from youth generation.
