Ektee Bari Ektee Khamar or One House One Farm (OHOF) is a poverty alleviation project through family farming of the government of Bangladesh. The main objective of this project is to remove poverty from Bangladesh and made Bangladesh a developed country in between the year 2041. The main purpose of this project is to alleviate poverty from Bangladesh through e-financial inclusion followed by family farming livelihood and income generation of the underprivileged and poor of the country.
The mission of the Ektee Bari Ektee Khamar project

- Improving their skill by training & inspiration
- Allow them to sit together at courtyard meeting
- Enable them to take decision independently
- Enabling them to develop need-based small family farms
- Ensure marketing facilities for their product
Objectives of the Ektee Bari Ektee Khamar Project
The intrinsic goal of the project is poverty alleviation and sustainable development through e-financial inclusion, i.e. fund mobilization followed by family farming livelihood and income generation of the underprivileged smallholders of the country. The prime objective of the project is to contribute to reducing national poverty from 22.8% to 10% by 2020 through implementing Ektee Bari Ektee Khamar Project. Some other objectives of Ektee Bari Ektee Khamar Project are:
- To develop each of the rural households a sustainable agro-based income-generating unit through optimum utilization of human and economic resources (labor, land, water etc)
- To develop Village Development Organization (VDO) comprising 60 (40 female & 20 male) rural poor, ultra-poor and beggar families in each village
- Capital formation by adopting the new concept of Micro savings instead of traditional microcredit (depositing weekly savings by beneficiaries and an equal amount from the government as grants)
- To provide Post Training/Revolving Fund to VDOs as grants from the government for income-generating activities (IGAs) to create self-employment opportunity
- To provide Management and skill development training to the selected beneficiaries on agro-based Income Generating Activities (IGAs)
- To establish Data Centre at project HQ; linking with Upazilla and Union Digital Centre (UDC) for digital MIS and Financial management through Mobile & On-line banking transactions
- To provide on-line banking & marketing facilities to the beneficiaries at Upazilla/ Union/village level by using a biometric authentication system
- To establish Palli Patshala as a horizontal learning center of the VDO members at each union
- To develop entrepreneurship among the VDO members who have graduated from the poverty line by providing SME loan
- To improve the socio-economic conditions of the ethnic communities by involving them in various income-generating activities matching with their culture, lifestyle and market demand

- Total investment for SMEs with BDT 3460.00 lac to 6920 graduated members and BDT 21040.00 lac is on progress for disbursement
- The number of households under e-financial inclusion is 3.61 million
- Number of online transaction 106.59 million
